Animals keep coming in from private homes, from animal shelters and from local vets. Below is a summary of our successes trying to find a place for these animals...
Since 2004 Alaska Reptile Rescue has rescued more than 63 snakes, 21 iguanas, 4 aquatic turtles, 2 african clawed frogs, a tortoise, a gecko, an anole (lizzard - see picture) and yes, even an alligator. (click here to read more about Sadie, the alligator)
